Sheffield Cathedral invites people of all faiths and none to a period of 30 minutes of silence and reflection on Sunday 19 November at 3pm.
With Peter Walker’s moving sculpture ‘Pity of War’ which represents the civilian victims of war as a focus of our reflections and prayers, there will be an opportunity to sit in the sanctuary of the Cathedral and to light a candle as we yearn together for a resolution to the conflict in Israel and Gaza.
