Threads through the Cross
Free entry | Donations welcome (£5 suggested per person / £10 per family)
Following the hugely popular Threads through Creation exhibition, Sheffield Cathedral is delighted to welcome back acclaimed textile artist Jacqui Parkinson with a stunning new display: Threads through the Cross.
This extraordinary exhibition tells the story of Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection through 18 enormous textile panels (3 x 3m and 3 x 2m). Bright, bold, and rich with symbolism, the panels invite visitors to reflect on the journey to the cross and beyond, asking:
What did Jesus go through? And why? What happened next?
Experience this powerful blend of faith, art, and storytelling in the heart of Sheffield.
