City of London Sinfonia Cathedrals Tour: The Fruit of Silence

Cathedrals-Tour-sq_2000x2000.jpg

The Fruit of Silence invites audiences to experience incredible music and stunning architecture in intimate and immersive concerts with City of London Sinfonia at nine cathedrals around the UK.

As some of the UK’s best musicians and choristers perform in different spaces around the cathedrals, audiences are also invited to explore and create their own musical journeys, stopping and taking in incredible sights and sounds of our beautiful cathedrals.

The music is meditative, calm and enveloping—from orchestral music by present-day composers who explore the mystic through their music, such as Arvo Pärt and Dobrinka Tabakova, to ancient melodies for choirs that have resounded in our cathedrals across centuries.

Tickets go on sale online Monday 15 July at 11am.
